Selling Village on Marketplace

The owner of the village can sell the land on the Rise of Immortals marketplace for IMS token, passing down all of the progress made on the village to the new owner. Once a village or it’s buildings are upgraded, they will always remain that level or higher, making it permanently more valuable. There will be “Buy it Now” and “Auction” style sales available.
